Consulting Services

Data mapping, use, interpretation, and translation

States, LEAs, and community-based organizations often look to data to inform their policies and practices. SHC can bring our extensive data mapping and management experience to help support states and districts to assess what data are available, how to analyze existing data, how to interpret outcomes, and how to translate findings into action.

Community needs assessments

The SHC research and evaluation team has extensive experience conducting needs assessments. Needs assessments can help communities, schools, and programs better understand where there are opportunities to strengthen supports and services. Our team has conducted needs assessments for state and local education agencies and Head Start grantees.

Program evaluations

Knowing whether your program implementation is effective is important. SHC has extensive experience conducting evaluations of policies and programs. Drawing on implementation science frameworks, and rigorous methods, we can help you evaluate your program or policies.
