Using ARP-HCY Funds For Summer Activities
Replay the Webinar:
What happens to the supports students experiencing homelessness receive from schools during the summer months, when school is not in session? Local Education Agencies (LEAs) can utilize American Rescue Plan-Homeless Children and Youth (ARP-HCY) funds to maintain connections with families, add capacity to the liaison to provide summer supports, and help ensure students experiencing homelessness are ready to return to school in the fall. During this webinar, participants will hear from liaisons who have leveraged ARP-HCY funds for summer activities and learn strategies to support students experiencing homelessness.
