What if education and housing came together to solve family homelessness?

That’s the bold approach being taken in Hamilton County, Tennessee, where an innovative partnership is linking schools and housing systems to support families experiencing homelessness.

This webinar explores how the city, county, housing authority, homeless coalition, and school district came together to launch a pilot program that provides both housing and case management to families identified by the school system.

Attendees learn about the key components of the program, its early impact, challenges faced during implementation, and strategies for adapting and replicating this model in other communities.

Sample Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and other practical resources are shared.
