Meeting Transportation Needs Through Car Repairs

Transportation for students experiencing homelessness remains a barrier across local education agencies (LEAs). During this webinar, participants will learn how American Rescue Plan-Homeless Children and Youth (ARP-HCY) funds can be used to meet transportation needs through car repairs. Participants will learn the process to determine how funds will be used on a case-by-case basis, the importance of partnering with transportation departments, and how to leverage partnerships with other LEA programs such as Career and Technical Education (CTE).
