Roshanda Pinson, LCSW
Roshanda joined the SchoolHouse Connection team in 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in supporting students across the education pipeline. Before joining SHC, she worked as a School Social Worker and McKinney-Vento Liaison for Hillsborough County Public Schools. A former TRIO professional, Roshanda is passionate about helping students navigate the path to and through postsecondary education and providing guidance to educators and professionals on how to support students throughout their academic journeys. She is driven by the impact of removing barriers and fostering supportive networks that allow students to thrive. Roshanda holds two master’s degrees—one in Administrative Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and another in Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
